I tackled this in the studio after painting a nearby spot on location in Maine the week prior. Whenever I paint in a new location, it takes me awhile to zero in on the color palette. Although I'm still wondering if this looks more west coast than east coast, I was pleased with the color palette I finally landed on in this attempt.
