GLINT

This plein air painting was started in the gorgeous mountains of North Carolina where I stood beside this lovely stream. I immediately became engaged with the sounds, the smells and the infusion of greens. The foliage was so dense that when a stream of light shone through on this sapling I became enthralled and concentrated on the gleaming light shining off the fresh new spring leaves.
