Inspired by the family trips from Northern California to Oregon, "Echoes of the Pacific Dawn" captures the tranquil beauty of the Pacific Northwest at dawn. Each brushstroke reflects my memories of those serene drives—the mist rising over the mountains, the soft light filtering through the trees, and the deep connection to nature that I felt. In my painting process, I focused on layering the natural tones and textures to evoke the peaceful yet powerful landscapes I grew up with. This piece is an homage to those quiet moments, where the wild beauty of the region spoke directly to my heart.
