I use a Take It easel which does not blow over easily…work on four or five paintings at once….return to the same site as many times as the painting needs…I begin with a thin complementary wash and block in the composition and then let it dry. Each time back to the site adding texture,drawing with a palette knife then using brushes…sometimes have to wait for the chosen season to return again. I let the paintings dry between sessions.
